How much effort is the setup?+
You add a short code snippet (script or iframe) at the desired spot on your website – done. It works with WordPress, Wix, Jimdo, Typo3, Shopify or plain HTML. On request we handle the integration for you.
Can the design match my company colours?+
Yes. The configurator runs in your language and currency and blends neatly into your site. We agree colour adjustments to your corporate design with you during setup.
Who sets my prices and glass types?+
You do – entirely yourself. In the admin area you maintain glass types, processing, markups, rounding and lead times. Your purchase prices and margins stay exclusively in your backend and are never delivered to customers.
What happens when a customer orders?+
The order lands in your order list in the admin area, and both you and the customer automatically receive an email. Estimated pickup/delivery dates are calculated and shown based on your lead times.
Am I tied in long-term?+
No. The monthly plan can be cancelled monthly. The annual plan is cheaper if you plan long-term. There is no setup fee.
